Terms of Service

Services
Imprint Digital LLP provides custom software, e-commerce, web, and mobile application development services, as well as related integrations, optimization, and maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work for each engagement.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to content, accounts, feedback, and decision-makers required to complete the work. Delays in client materials may shift delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment for an engagement, the client receives ownership of the agreed final deliverables created specifically for that project, except for third-party components, open-source libraries, and pre-existing tools owned by Imprint Digital LLP, which remain under their respective licenses.
Payment
Invoices are due according to the schedule in the proposal. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond the stated terms. Starting prices on the website are estimates; the proposal controls.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imprint Digital LLP’s liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
